The Interview Show Presents: I'm Ambivalent Toward the '90s

  • The Hideout 1354 West Wabansia Avenue Chicago, IL, 60642 United States (map)

TICKETS HERE.

A celebration of the 1990s or a reckoning with them? We’re not quite sure. This much we know: The decade lasted 10 years. We’ll wade back into those very years with extreme ambivalence — and ‘90s music performed by David Nagler (Carl Sandburg’sChicago Poems, Wesley Stace’s Cabinet of Wonders, Jon Langford’s Skull Orchard Male Voice Choir). Plus a look back at everything from politics to food with Mark Bazer (“The Interview Show”), Monica Eng (WBEZ), Natalie Moore (WBEZ), Mick Dumke (ProPublica), Kevin Richey (Tom, Dick and Harry), Gina Bazer (Chicago magazine, children’s author) and more. Plus: Tim Tuten on 1996, the year that divided the world into B.H. (Before Hideout as we currently know it) and A.H. (well, you get the point.)
